Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Revit Architect to act as the primary contact for project delivery. You will lead detailed design, maintain technical rigor, and mentor Mid-Level Architects on large-scale commercial, retail and mixed-use developments.

The role is 100% remote with a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine Time schedule aligned to Australian business hours. You will own BIM delivery, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with external consultants to maintain design integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in large-scale commercial, retail, and/or mixed-use developments.
• Advanced/expert capability in Revit.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and AU construction detailing requirements.
• Proficient in waterproofing, drainage, accessibility (AS1428), and fire separation detailing.
• Experience preparing sectional views and joinery details for high-traffic areas.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants and managing design schedules.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of complex, large-scale project delivery from detailed design through construction.
• Execute advanced BIM production and detailed architectural detailing (waterproofing, drainage, joinery).
• Ensure adherence to Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and AS1428 across documentation.
• Drive QA/QC and coordinate with external consultants and engineering stakeholders.
• Mentor Mid-Level Architects and oversee delivery schedules to ensure model accuracy.
