Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Remote Luxury Event & Executive Travel Coordinator to design and execute international travel and bespoke gatherings for high-net-worth members and senior executives.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury hospitality or private client services, with experience coordinating remote suppliers. Fluency in German, Portuguese, or Japanese is highly valued. This is a permanent work-from-home role with global scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years coordinating high-end events, executive travel, or private client services
• Experience coordinating remote suppliers for luxury experiences
• Strong written and spoken English; multilingual ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan quarterly gatherings from start to finish, including venue contracts, catering, and accommodation logistics
• Book and manage member travel across Europe, Asia, and North America; keep itineraries up to date
• Coordinate with venues and suppliers across four countries with clear handovers
• Prepare end-of-shift updates for colleagues in different time zones
• Support concierge desk with member requests, dinners, reservations, and travel
• Track costs and ensure invoicing reflects exact figures with no markup
• Handle member information and guest lists with strict confidentiality
