Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Lead for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will lead demand planning, inventory forecasting, and SCM operations across Amazon and other online channels to optimize stock and costs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability for launches, drive data-driven decisions, and improve forecasting accuracy. Strong Excel and forecasting tools expertise is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Amazon-like demand planning, inventory optimization, or SCM.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and forecasting.
• Experience with eCommerce or consumer goods environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting using historical data, trends, and insights.
• Optimize inventory to avoid stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
• Oversee inventory across eCommerce channels like Amazon FBA and others.
• Coordinate orders, transfers, and shipments from manufacturers to warehouses.
• Analyze costs, fees, and reimbursement opportunities to cut expenses.
• Build forecasting dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on launches.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and suppliers.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven supply chain decisions.
