As a Logistics and Inventory Officer you will monitor inventory levels across warehouses and sites, coordinate replenishments, and maintain accurate stock records to keep operations running smoothly.

This contractor role offers flexible full-time hours, work-from-anywhere in the Philippines, time-tracking via Hubstaff, and incremental benefits such as a monthly health allowance

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, logistics coordination, warehouse support, procurement support, or operations support.
• Strong stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, schedules, or supply movements.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, trackers, and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management across warehouse, storage, and site locations.
• Restocking coordination of consumables cupboards and operational supply points across properties.
• Warehouse and site stock control to keep stock records accurate.
• Logistics coordination: schedule and track deliveries, dispatches, stock transfers, and movements.
• Pick and pack support for new suites and replenishment runs.
• Invoicing and documentation support for stock movement records.
• Warranty claims tracking and coordination with suppliers.
• Cross-functional coordination with Operations, Logistics, Finance, onsite teams and vendors.
• Reporting and updates: maintain trackers and elevate issues when needed.
