Job summary

OneForma is seeking an LLM Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of data annotation and language projects. The role connects AI delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality results. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills are essential; no specific AI tech skills required.

This contract position includes paid time off and a collaborative, international team. Remote from Mexico with full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8h/day, CST schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, program management or similar.
• Experience in people management and strategic thinking.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or above).
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable reading dashboards, spreadsheets and basic metrics.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
• Experience with US-based clients.
• Self-starter, process-oriented with strong organization and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of LLM data annotation and language projects from kickoff to handover.
• Serve as the primary client and internal team contact, managing expectations and updates.
• Manage financials, revenue, costs, gross margin.
• Collaborate with Delivery Director and Sales to bring in more business.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones with PM tools.
