Job summary

W & W TECHNOLOGIES INC. is seeking a driven recruitment professional to grow our livestreaming partner network.

You will identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard agency owners and sub-agencies, while leading onboarding sessions for new partners and maintaining ongoing partner engagement. This remote, work-from-home role offers a base salary plus 1–3% commission and KPI bonuses, with a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with livestreaming platforms (e.g., Bigo Live, Poppo, Kumu or similar apps).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with direct experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Agency Acquisition: Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard agency owners and sub-agencies.
• Partner Onboarding: Lead policy orientations and onboarding sessions for new agency partners.
• Portfolio Engagement: Maintain communication, deliver daily updates, and drive host/agency participation in platform events.
