W & W TECHNOLOGIES INC. is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to identify and manage strategic partnerships with talent agencies, driving initiatives to attract top streamers and expand our creator community.

You will engage agencies via cold outreach and industry events, develop tailored proposals, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to ensure seamless streamer onboarding and measurable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the live-streaming industry and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
