Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring an Email Marketer (Klaviyo Specialist) to manage Klaviyo email and SMS programs for DTC brands. You’ll own campaign execution, reporting, and segmentation across multiple client accounts while working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of hands-on email marketing, Klaviyo and Shopify experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a track record of data-driven reporting. US business hours flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution in fast-paced environments.
• Klaviyo expertise for campaign setup, journeys, and analytics.
• 2+ years of Shopify experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets data exporting and formatting.
• Reporting and analytics experience, translating metrics into client-ready slides.
• Segmentation and testing experience with measurable outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent English communication.
• Available to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Flow Execution: Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
• Performance Reporting: Regular reporting with comparisons, benchmarks, and insights.
• Trend Monitoring: Flag trends and surface actionable insights for clients.
• Client-Ready Reporting: Create slides translating metrics and learnings.
• AB Testing: Set up and run experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
• Production Workflow Management: Manage segmentation → build → QA → deploy.
• Segmentation & Personalization: Configure blocks and segment based on behavior.
• Creative Support: Assist with layout, text formatting, and brand alignment.
