Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Campaign Designer to plan and execute promotional campaigns across various platforms including email and SMS. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM campaigns, strong copywriting skills in English and Tagalog, and comfort with marketing automation tools like MoEngage.

This role is remote with periodic onsite work in Makati. Those with a background in fintech or lending are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing and running lifecycle or CRM campaigns.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing, control groups, and performance data interpretation.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first habit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build lifecycle campaigns across various platforms.
• Design and assemble campaign assets with established templates.
• Define segmentation and targeting logic for campaigns.
