Job summary

SAVii in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to drive end-to-end lifecycle campaigns and product launches within a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own briefs, coordinate with Product, GTM, and delivery teams, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B2C, fintech, or lending environments.
• End-to-end campaign execution experience from briefs through launch to post-launch review.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Proven cross-functional coordination with Product, GTM, or technical delivery teams.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations with comfort in analytics tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms; able to brief and QA campaigns without owning build.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned campaigns and initiatives from brief through launch and into continuous improvements.
• Write complete campaign briefs covering objective, audience, offer, messaging, channel, timing, and success measures.
• Manage campaign timelines and dependencies; escalate blockers early.
• Quality-check materials across copy, creative, links, and customer-facing content before build endorsement.
• Coordinate with Lifecycle Systems for build and go-live readiness; ensure on-time launches.
