Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a Licensing Operations Manager to lead the remote Licensing team in the Philippines. The role focuses on modernizing functions, introducing automation, and expanding revenue opportunities with university and Greek licensers.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and driving strategic initiatives with cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes relationship-building, process improvement, and scalable licensing practices for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar fields.
• 1+ year managing a team.
• Strong project management and workflow optimization skills.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or tools to streamline them.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Licensing team, owning daily operations and long-term improvements.
• Oversee and improve core workflows: trademark checks, design approvals, licensing portal submissions, royalty reporting and tracking.
• Manage relationships with university and Greek licensors and build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities, expanding partner networks.
• Roll out AI-powered tools to speed licensing checks and automate SOW submissions and licensing guidelines.
