Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is a New York-based custom apparel startup seeking a Licensing Associate to ensure designs meet licensing guidelines and to communicate with internal teams, licensors, universities, organizations, and campus managers. You will review proofs, coordinate with the Art team, and keep stakeholders updated while supporting licensing operations.

The role is remote for candidates in the Philippines, with US EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong reading comprehension: understand and apply detailed information accurately.
• Highly organized, especially with multiple submissions and proofs.
• Able to make sound decisions independently, with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review designs for licensing/brand guideline compliance.
• Decide if a design/proof needs revision and communicate it clearly to sales or customer.
• Coordinate with Art team for design fixes.
• Provide feedback to Campus Managers or Sales on required changes.
• Upload proofs to licensing portals and track approvals.
• Review licensor verdicts and address issues promptly.
• Answer licensing-related questions and keep Campus Managers updated.
• Flag order predictions to help stay ahead of demand.
• Escalate issues to manager or relevant team when needed.
• Assist with administrative licensing tasks such as RFP coordination and royalty reporting.
