Job summary

Fresh Prints is seeking a Licensing Operations Manager (Pooling) to lead the Licensing team from a remote setup. You will govern daily operations, optimize workflows, and cultivate partnerships with universities and Greek life organizations.

The role emphasizes automation, data accuracy, and scalable processes to drive revenue. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in licensing/ops, 1+ year leading teams, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar roles.
• 1+ year of team management experience.
• Strong project management and workflow optimization skills.
• Experience automating processes or using tools to streamline workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with US university and Greek life culture or quick ramp-up ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Licensing team, overseeing daily ops and long-term improvements.
• Oversee workflows: trademark checks, design approvals, licensing submissions, royalty reporting and tracking.
• Manage relationships with university and Greek licensors for long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities to expand school networks.
• Drive initiatives to modernize licensing with AI tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales and Design to implement new solutions.
• Coach the team with SOPs and clear feedback.
