Job summary

Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Associate to ensure designs meet licensing guidelines and to communicate clearly with internal teams, licensors, universities, organizations, and campus managers.

In this role you will review designs, decide on revisions, upload proofs, track licensing approvals, and help with administrative tasks while staying aligned with US business hours and remote work from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed; quick to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to apply details accurately.
• Organized and able to manage multiple submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review designs to ensure licensing compliance and flag potential issues.
• Decide whether a design or proof needs revision and communicate clearly to sales or customer.
• Communicate with the Art team for design fixes.
• Provide feedback to Campus Managers or Sales on necessary proof changes.
• Upload proofs to licensing portals and track them through to approval.
• Review licensor verdicts and address issues promptly.
• Answer licensing questions and keep Campus Managers updated.
• Flag order predictions to help stay ahead of demand.
• Escalate issues to manager or team when needed.
• Address licensing-related order issues as they arise.
• Assist with RFP coordination and royalty reporting.
