The candidate will review and improve clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy of patient care records and billing-related information, while collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Ideal applicants hold an active Physical Therapist license, a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, and at least two years of clinical experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with active license.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience.
- Willingness to work Saturdays; 11:00–19:30 EST hours.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and improve records.
- Ensure adherence to clinical documentation standards and guidelines.
- Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Assist with education and training on documentation best practices.
- Participate in quality assurance related to clinical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of documentation activities.
- Provide clinical insights on treatment progress and outcomes.
