Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. This role involves designing personalized care plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis: Assess patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and goals.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Administer physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records, documenting evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and their families.
  • Promote patient independence and quality of life through education and empowerment.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
Education and Licensure
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience: New graduates welcome, though clinical experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care is preferred.
