Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking License Compliance sales specialists to join the License Compliance team in the Philippines. The role centers on monetizing non-contractual usage through lead generation, qualification and enforcement, while coordinating with Corporate Legal and Financial Ops to advance targets.

The position is full-time, hybrid (home-based in the Philippines) and may involve international travel.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree.
Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.
Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.
Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.
Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.
This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.
Participate in: Communication campaigns.
Managing enforcement providers and counsel.
Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
