Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking License Compliance sales specialists to join the License Compliance team in the Philippines. The role centers on monetizing non-contractual usage through lead generation, qualification and enforcement, while coordinating with Corporate Legal and Financial Ops to advance targets.

The position is full-time, hybrid (home-based in the Philippines) and may involve international travel.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The team's goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are: 1) Lead Generation and Qualification. 2) Enforcement.
