Magic, Inc is seeking a Liaisons Coordinator - Freelance, Remote in the Philippines. This role acts as the main communication bridge between prospective and active clients, internal advisors, and the firm’s network of capital providers to ensure meetings run professionally and follow-ups are tracked.

The position requires coordinating meetings, documents, and CRM updates, with a strong emphasis on timely, polished communication and attention to detail. Remote work setup is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs.
• High energy and the ability to hold natural conversations, not read from a script.
• Proven ability to pick up new tools, processes, and terminology quickly.
• Hands-on experience scheduling and running meetings on Zoom and Google Meet.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate introductions between prospects and advisors.
• Facilitate communication among clients, advisors, underwriting, RM, marketing, and executives.
• Schedule discovery calls, presentations, underwriting calls, strategy meetings, and follow-ups.
