Job summary

Magic, Inc. is seeking a Design & Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to work remotely from the Philippines on a freelance basis. You will act as the main communication link between clients and design teams, leading meetings, reviewing drawings, and tracking deliverables to keep projects on track.

The role requires coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, with hands-on use of Bluebeam and project management tools to monitor schedules. US Pacific time alignment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in construction project engineering, assistant project management, design coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and contractors.
• Experience managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Hands‑on experience reviewing and marking up technical drawings using Bluebeam.
• Proven ability to handle client and consultant communications independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead regularly scheduled Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings with clients.
• Coordinate alignment meetings across architects, structural engineers and trade specialists.
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through to completion.
• Review architectural, structural and trade drawings and design deliverables.
• Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam; flag conflicts and track revisions.
