Job summary

Selectvirtual is seeking a highly organized Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support our US-based property management teams. This remote role handles lead management, leasing administration, marketing coordination, reporting, and market research to help reduce vacancy rates and improve leasing performance.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional English, experience with US PM platforms, and proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); near-native fluency required.
• Experience supporting a U.S. Property Management company.
• Proficient in AppFolio, Apartments.com, Zillow, ShowMojo.
• Strong reporting, spreadsheets, and dashboards experience.
• Excellent organization and time management; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track all leasing inquiries with a centralized lead tracker.
• Document all prospect communications and follow up with templates.
• Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and dashboards.
• Update online rental listings and coordinate across marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research and prepare pricing comparison reports.
• Provide marketing updates to Property Managers and owners.
