TTEC is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager to lead a team delivering engaging media for digital learning. You will oversee video production, UI/UX assets, animations, and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet client goals.

You will report to the Learning Development & Enablement leadership, mentoring staff, driving innovation, and upholding quality standards across projects, while thriving in a remote-capable, globally connected

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
5–8 years in media design, digital learning development, or related fields.
2–3 years of people leadership experience coaching creative teams.
Experience managing media development projects from concept to delivery.
Strong expertise in digital learning technologies, video, animation, UI/UX, and eLearning tools.
Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and emerging learning tech.
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of media designers, developers, and creatives.
Drive delivery of high‑quality digital learning experiences (video, animation, UI/UX, simulations, AI-enabled tools).
Collaborate with LXD, Instructional Designers, PMs and stakeholders to craft effective learning solutions.
Ensure media deliverables meet quality, branding, accessibility, and client standards.
Manage team capacity, resources, and project priorities across multiple engagements.
Establish and improve media development processes and best practices.
