Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging e-learning experiences for global clients from Manila. You will design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning that is human-centered and data-driven, blending learning science, graphic design, and UI/UX principles.

This role reports to the Global Head of Learning and Development Innovation and Technology. You’ll work across automation, AI, game-based and mobile learning, collaborating in an agile,

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager tools.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate training impact.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and go live with learning solutions across clients, verticals, and geographies.
• Apply human-centered design in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Support curriculum design and redesign with the Global Learning Delivery PM team.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
