Job summary

TaskUs, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to architect and implement client training programs. You will translate client requirements into effective strategies, designing content and assessments that align with learning objectives while supporting delivery across digital channels.

You will collaborate with SMEs, develop SMART objectives, and ensure quality through QA/QC practices, enabling impactful learning experiences for diverse teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education, learning theory, Instructional design, or related field, or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.
• Experience using Articulate to create training content.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct analyses and document content-specific knowledge for training development.
• Develop SMART Learning Objectives.
• Design and develop training content (slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, e-learning, quizzes).
• Create assessments per the defined strategy.
• Support validation sessions and ensure assessments are aligned and defensible.
• Review training content created by others.
• Mentor peers and upskill teammates.
