Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Interactions Expert to craft visually compelling eLearning modules. You will develop content, create development briefs, and collaborate with LX Design, LMS, and Design teams to produce advanced instructional media including simulations, interactive lessons, and motion graphics.

The role requires proficiency in rapid authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus strong communication and project coordination skills to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record with rapid authoring tools and multimedia editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive eLearning projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and design look and feel for digital lessons.
• Create development briefs outlining mood boards and interactions.
• Coordinate with LX Design Team to select media and interactions.
• Develop instructional media: simulations, interactive lessons, assessments, videos, and games.
• Use graphics, video and authoring tools to produce polished media.
• Lead or collaborate with project teams; track progress and risks.
• Collaborate with LMS and Design teams to ensure timely reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and outputs; plan learning sessions.
• Manage administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule.
