Job summary

Percepta is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to work remotely, developing and delivering training programs for client-based initiatives. You will analyze needs, design learning objectives, and choose delivery methods including eLearning, ILT, and virtual formats.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective training content and assessments. The role emphasizes using ADDIE and other curriculum development methodologies, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field and relevant curriculum design experience.
ISD Certifications are highly desirable.
Certifications in design programs (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze training needs for client-based programs and develop training materials.
Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes for various delivery methods.
Lead and participate in design, development, and implementation across projects.
Develop and conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions and maintain content in shared repositories.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to assess content effectiveness and adjust as needed.
Manage timelines, project plans, and regular client communications.
