You will drive data quality initiatives, coordinate a team of stewards, engineers, and an analyst, and partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will own data changes, migrations, and enrichment with documented rules, ensuring auditable processes and timely delivery to senior stakeholders during US

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in Salesforce data operations or CRM data quality with leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with director-level stakeholders.
• Strong business analysis skills to elicit and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce data changes with a team.
• Lead data migrations, mapping, validation, and reconciliation with stewards and engineers.
• Engage stakeholders, publish weekly data operation summaries, and manage SLAs.
• Enforce master data standards for Accounts and Contacts; manage deduplication.
