Responsibilities include managing user roles and permissions, optimizing workflows and automation, creating reports and dashboards, and coordinating system integrations with other HR tech and data platforms. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement best practices, support change management, and provide training and guidance to Salesforce users. In addition, this leader will monitor system performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support governance, documentation, and compliance efforts.
