Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Lead Estimator to manage tendering activities remotely. You will lead the estimating function, secure new business opportunities, and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven experience in a similar estimating role.
• Strong bid writing experience within the UK construction market.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior estimators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating function and manage the full tender process.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit PQQs, SQs, and capability statements.
