Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows for a construction and materials company. The role is remote in LATAM with CST time zone and a 40-hour work week.

Requirements include 5+ years in ServiceNow, ITSM/ITOM/CMDB experience, API integrations (SOAP/REST), Agile experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least one related certification is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
• Experience supporting ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules (ITSM required).
• Strong experience building and configuring custom SNOW apps, forms, workflows, and scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
• SNOW integration experience with SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum.
