Qualifications

• Strong experience building and configuring custom SNOW apps, forms, workflows, and scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
• SNOW integration experience with SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum.

• Experience supporting at least 2 out of 3 of these modules within ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB (ITSM REQUIRED)
• Strong experience building and configuring custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within SNOW, including features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
• SNOW integration experience with third-party systems using SOAP/REST web services
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 1+ certification or continuous learning achievement relating to ServiceNow, Development, or ITIL
