Responsibilities

• Schedule onboarding check-in meetings and update certification tracking records.

• Monitor and manage the L&D inbox, track inquiries, and flag items requiring follow-up.
• Organize calendar invitations and maintain training audience lists and related records.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Learning & Development coordination and learning systems.
