Job summary

Fusion CX is hiring a Korean bilingual Sales Representative for a remote, work-from-anywhere role in the Philippines. You’ll engage qualified leads through outbound calls and present credit repair and loan consolidation options to help customers improve their financial standing.

The ideal candidate speaks Korean and English fluently, has sales experience, strong communication, and can meet sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, BPO, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective customers.
• Communicate professionally in Korean and English.
• Understand customers’ financial situations and identify appropriate solutions.
• Present and sell credit repair services to qualified customers.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales process.
• Introduce loan consolidation solutions to customers who meet the necessary requirements.
• Handle objections and answer customer questions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets.
