Home Credit Philippines is seeking a telesales associate in Pampanga to engage existing clients. You will call leads, present financial products, and work toward closing sales.

The role requires meeting CRM KPI targets and participating in regular training and team huddles. The position involves shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends, with an emphasis on customer service and product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication (Tagalog & English) required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to multitask and be adaptable is expected.
• High School or Vocational Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Call leads from an existing database to introduce a new financial product.
• Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale.
• Close a sale through proper product positioning.
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets.
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training.
• Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed).
• Adheres to Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines.
• Regularly participates in available business and systems training.
• Shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles.
