Job summary

Sequential Technologies International is hiring a Korean bilingual Sales Representative to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will contact qualified leads via outbound calls and present financial solutions to help customers improve credit standing and manage loans.

Fluency in Korean and English is required, with experience in sales or telesales. This remote, work-from-anywhere role offers up to PHP 105,000 monthly and a 1-month signing bonus, with performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling, BPO, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
• Able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing financial products and services.
• Must have a good personal credit standing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective customers.
• Communicate professionally in Korean and English.
• Understand customers’ financial situations and identify appropriate solutions.
• Present and sell credit repair services to qualified customers.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales process.
• Introduce loan consolidation solutions to customers who meet the necessary requirements.
• Handle objections and answer customer questions effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets.
