Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Knowledge Curator to maintain accuracy, organization, and accessibility of knowledge assets supporting AI-driven and human-assisted operations. You will manage content updates, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure documentation remains current, searchable, and aligned with evolving products, policies, and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or related field.
• Experience maintaining knowledge bases, documentation repositories, SOPs, or other operational knowledge assets.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to review, validate, and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, tagging, and documentation best practices.
• Experience with knowledge management platforms or CMS is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to documentation excellence and knowledge integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain knowledge assets to ensure documentation reflects current products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to validate, update, approve, and publish knowledge content.
• Manage lifecycle of knowledge assets including reviews, revisions, archival activities, and publication schedules.
• Identify and resolve knowledge gaps from feedback, quality reviews, and business changes.
• Organize and tag knowledge content to improve searchability across platforms.
• Audit knowledge repositories for quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Monitor changes to products and processes to keep assets current and aligned.
• Develop reports and metrics related to knowledge quality and content health.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Product, Technology, and other teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve knowledge processes and documentation standards.
• Maintain governance, version control, and compliance in knowledge management.
