Specialist HQ is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will build, optimize, and manage Klaviyo flows, develop targeted segmentation, and audit campaigns to fix gaps, with a focus on lifecycle marketing and data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in email marketing, strong Klaviyo expertise, and excellent English communication. Join a remote team capable of handling US time-zone overlap and promising competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of email marketing experience with proven Klaviyo expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo flows, conditional splits, segmentation, and forms.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping.
• Experience running audits and optimizing email account structure.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable speaking with clients on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize advanced Klaviyo flows using conditional logic.
• Develop segmentation strategies to target customer groups effectively.
• Audit email accounts and flows to fix orphaned or misaligned emails.
• Create, test, and launch popups, signup forms, and other capture tools in Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign and flow performance and recommend improvements.
• Map and implement lifecycle-based customer journeys across email touchpoints.
