Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join as Post Close Marketing Specialist. You will create and execute polished marketing materials for real estate partners after sales, including sale announcements, social graphics, and scheduling across platforms.

This fully remote role requires strong English, design/marketing experience, and the ability to work independently after training. Probation with reduced rates applies; monthly earnings vary with project volume.

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented with accurate listing marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ownership and independence after training.
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create polished, on-brand marketing materials for real estate partners after sale.
• Produce Sale Pending and Just Sold marketing pieces.
• Create social media graphics and content for sale announcements.
• Post and schedule marketing content across platforms.
• Maintain organized records/files for each property.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
