Job summary

OutPeak Services is seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our remote, full-time team. This night-shift, work-from-home role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and a willingness to learn in an international ecommerce setting.

Responsibilities include full cycle AR and AP, bank and credit card reconciliations, and accounting activities using Xero and Dear Inventory, plus purchasing analysis and sales data reviews.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma or equivalent; board passer is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to work night shift and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Accounting activities using Xero and Dear Inventory.
• Assistance with purchasing and analysis of sales data.
