Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar eLearning role.
• Familiar with Articulate 360 and other eLearning tools.
• Strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Experience in BPO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to templates.
• Ensure branding standards and accurate formatting across courses.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for functionality and content.
• Collaborate with global teams remotely and meet deadlines.
• Discuss innovative ways to present learning modules with program POCs.
