Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging e‑Learning content and multimedia learning experiences. You will craft videos, storyboards, and interactive modules aligned with learning objectives and ADDIE principles.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs, edit videos, and ensure quality across materials while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. Strong writing, Canva, Articulate 360, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Strong writing and multimedia production skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-Learning design and ADDIE principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
• Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals
