Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst for a 6-month project-based role focused on Excel and data cleanup. You will maintain client and asset records, support data migration, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

This remote position is based locally in the Philippines, with potential onsite activities for team events or client meetings. The role suits those with 1–3 years in data entry or data analysis or fresh graduates with data-project experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Ability to follow established processes and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset lists, inventory records, product information, and new client setups.
• Review information in internal systems for incomplete data fields.
• Assist with data migration activities following new client acquisitions.
• Upload client reports and information to third-party portals.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.
• Support general administrative and data-related tasks as required.
• Provide potential support with quoting activities as the role develops.
