Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Operations with financial and non-financial data analysis from a remote location in Metro Manila. You will deliver dashboards, P&L insights, and budgeting support, working closely with management to drive performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with day shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of accounting and analysis experience required.
• Experience in preparing/interpreting internal financial reports.
• Ability to analyze large data sets; Excel proficiency essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data used by Operations to support objectives.
• Deliver reports, manage dashboards, and provide insights to Operations.
• Prepare fortnightly labour dashboards and monthly GP/Loss analysis by state/service line.
• Assist with monthly P&L analysis and cost-center investigations.
• Analyze roster and timesheet performance; use Rostering system for data extraction.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts; monitor budget performance.
