Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst for a 6-month project-based role. You will maintain asset lists, review data for completeness, and assist with data migration and client onboarding.

The position emphasizes Excel work and accuracy, with potential for regularization based on performance. You will handle data across systems, upload reports to portals, and support related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis, or fresh graduate with data-related experience from capstone projects, theses, or OJT.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Able to follow processes and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset lists, inventory records, product information, and new client setups.
• Review information in internal systems and identify incomplete or missing data fields.
• Assist with data migration activities following new client acquisitions.
• Upload client reports and information to third-party portals.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.
• Support general administrative and data-related tasks as required.
• Provide potential support with quoting activities as the role develops.
