Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a proactive Junior Client Success Manager to support delivery of managed technology services. You will coordinate client requests, projects, renewals, and vendor activities under the Principal Client Success Manager.

You will manage multi-priority tasks, maintain records, and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced MSP/SaaS environment, covering cloud, cybersecurity, licensing, hardware, and service transitions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in an MSP/SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to track multiple requests, owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Ability to communicate with clients, technical teams, and senior leaders.
• Judgment on when to escalate issues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Comfort translating technical concepts into client-facing language.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Client Success Manager in managing a portfolio of client relationships.
• Coordinate routine client requests and follow-up activities.
• Participate in client meetings, document actions, and track owners and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, service updates, and client communications.
• Maintain professional client communication regarding open requests, projects, renewals, and next steps.
• Learn each client environment, priorities, contacts, and active initiatives.
• Review requests and route to appropriate internal teams.
• Monitor open tickets, projects, requests, and escalations needing oversight.
• Follow up with internal teams for updates and to prevent delays.
• Escalate risks, delays, and client concerns to the Principal Client Success Manager.
• Differentiate between standard support, project work, and renewals; review larger requests before commitments.
• Onboard/offboard clients, coordinate meetings for projects, and track dependencies.
