Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate ITSM engagements, including Help Desk and managed services, across client and internal teams. The role requires navigating tickets, SLAs, and service catalogs while balancing project plans, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

You will work with ITIL/ITSM processes, manage multiple projects, and communicate progress to senior leadership from a remote location based in the Philippines, aligned to US Pacific business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with ITSM/manged services exposure.
• Solid knowledge of PM frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Hands-on ITIL/ITSM fundamentals—incident, problem, change, and service requests.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, HaloPSA, Freshworks.
• Comfort using ClickUp and Clockify for tracking and forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate with customers and stakeholders across units.
• Experience supervising a matrix of associates, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people, tasks, and external resources for assigned projects within defined tolerances.
• Ensure project teams are staffed and services obtained to meet objectives.
• Work directly in ITSM/ticketing platforms to track tickets and SLAs.
• Support delivery of Help Desk and managed services alongside project work.
• Comply with System Development Life Cycle, Change Management, and compliance.
• Provide oversight of IT applications and systems development and maintenance.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
• Define and document all project requirements and objectives.
• Establish and update project plans with actuals/forecasts; manage risks.
• Act as liaison between IT and stakeholders across units.
• Maintain project tracking in ClickUp and time-tracking in Clockify.
• Present information clearly in oral and written form.
• Perform other duties as needed.
