Job summary

Movate, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Operations Support Supervisor to monitor and optimize the team’s schedule adherence and maximize productive time.

You will lead pre- and post-shift briefings, track performance, and share insights through regular meetings to drive improvements. The role requires MSP experience, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MSP or IT services organizations.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure and operational support.
• Experience with ticket and project tracking systems.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Active Directory.
• MS Office 365 experience.
• Fundamental understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain schedule adherence of the team and maximizing productive use of time.
• Conduct briefing and de-briefing sessions before and after shift.
• Monitor contacts followed by feedback.
• Participate in call calibration with clients.
• Prepare, analyze and share necessary reports on performance of the team.
• Maintaining agent performance dashboards.
• Providing the team members with relevant, accurate information on their work through regular team meetings.
• Career development and mentorship of growth for employees to improve performance and provide regular feedback.
• Control absenteeism and attrition ensuring employee satisfaction.
• Coach team members to adopt best practices and correct issues with documented feedback.
