Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Perform routine system maintenance and backups; ensure data security and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT team on process improvements and manage IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
