Job summary
Addiction Foods LLC is seeking an IT Technical Support professional to provide remote, Level 1–2 support across our organization, focusing on Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems. You will assist employees across locations, troubleshoot device issues, manage accounts, and help maintain secure access to company systems.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong English, and hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT Technical Support/Helpdesk experience.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, user accounts, permissions, networking, and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications and remote users.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote Level 1–2 technical support for employees.
- Troubleshoot issues involving laptops, desktops, email, applications, internet connectivity, VPN, and user access.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Manage user access, password resets, MFA and account provisioning/deactivation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
