Addiction Foods in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a hands-on IT Technical Support Specialist to resolve everyday IT issues, support cloud-based systems and build practical digital solutions.

The role combines user support with workflow automation, AI tools, and web development to help teams work more efficiently. The job includes managing Microsoft 365, user access, onboarding/offboarding, and documenting tasks, with emphasis on security and clear guidance.

Formación

• A relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT technical support within a cloud-based environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, user access and troubleshooting.
• Experience building workflow automations and using AI tools.
• Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern framework.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, authentication and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests and follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

What We’re Looking For

An Advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, React or Node.js.
• Familiarity with Azure, cloud hosting and Git.
• Experience supporting users across multiple countries and time zones.
• A portfolio of working websites, internal tools or automation projects.
